2006 Shiraz (Case)  Winemaker's Tasting Notes

Fermentation:On skins at 18 – 25˚C for 5 days
Maturation:15 months in selected French and American Oak before blending, fining and bottling.
Alcohol: 13.8%
Colour: Deep ruby red
Nose:Ripe fruit flavours of blackberries, cherry and plum with cedar and spice.
Palate:Medium bodied with sweet mid palate fruit balanced well by fine tannins and savoury oak.
