2006 Fiasco  Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Fermentation: On skins at 18 - 25˚C for approximately 5 days
Maturation: 15 months in selected oak barrels before blending and bottling
Alcohol: 13.5%
Colour: Mid Ruby Red.
Nose: Ripe fruit flavours of plum, leather, and spice.
Palate: Medium bodied with ripe sweet fruit flavours balanced well by savoury oak and fine dry tannins.
