2006 Sangiovese (Case)  Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Fermentation: On skins at 18 - 25˚C for approximately 7 days
Maturation: 15 months in selected oak barrels before blending and bottling
Alcohol: 13.5%
Colour: Mid ruby red.
Nose: Ripe fruit flavours of black cherry, plum, leather and spice.
Medium bodied with sweet fruit flavours balanced well by savoury oak and fine, dry tannins.
