2006 Chardonnay (case)  Winemakers Tasting Notes
Fermentation: Cool ferment in tank at 14 - 16˚C until 7˚Be, then barrel ferment.
Maturation: 20% in new French oak with lees stirring for 7 months.
Longevity: 5 - 7 years
Alcohol: 13%
Colour: Green straw
Nose: Grapefruit and hints of melon, subtle vanilla oak
Palate: Refreshing citrus palate with a touch of creaminess from partial barrel ferment, crisp finish.
