Fermentation: On skins at 18 - 25˚C for approximately 7 days
Maturation: 12 months in selected oak barrels before blending and bottling.
Alcohol: 13.7%
Colour: Red with purple hues.
Nose: Lifted spice and blackberry flavours integrated well with vanilla oak.
Palate: A generous balanced palate with soft finish.
