We want all
our customers to be happy ones. If you
have a problem, we want to know about it. If on tasting the wine you are
dissatisfied with the quality, we will collect the remainder of the order at
our expense and credit your account with the full purchase price.
If you are
dissatisfied for any reason with the quality of the goods supplied (including
in relation to breakages), you must notify Benwarin
within 7 days of delivery to request replacement or refund. Benwarin will then notify you [by E-mail] of the day and
approximate time at which the company’s shipping contractor will collect the
goods. You will need to provide us with the proof of purchase, delivery docket
and the original packaging. Benwarin will pay
for any shipping costs incurred in collecting and replacing the order.
