2003 Shiraz

2003 Shiraz
A medium to full bodied style showing ripe/sweet berry flavours integrated with spicy oak and balanced by ripe fruit tannins. Maturation in selected French and American oak for 15 months .

A spicy medium bodied shiraz with sweet berry flavours mixed with a savoury finish and balanced well by supple tannins. Maturation in selected French and American oak for 15 months .

2005 Shiraz
A very good year for shiraz in the Hunter.  More body than the 2004 with classic savoury Hunter shiraz flavours.

An aromatic, soft, fruity red wine with a spectacular deep purple colour.  Good balance with a soft finish.

2004 Chardonnay

2006 Chardonnay
20% of the fruit was barrel fermented and maturated in new French oak, the balance in stainless steel before blending and bottling. This resulted in a good balance between the ripe fruit flavors and subtle spicy oak.
